Room was too hot and uncomfortable.

this place is an absolutly beautifull quiet inn. the staff was friendly, and the room was spotless. we had a fab dinner, the fillet steak with a bottle of merlot was amazin! breakfast was also top-notch, the full english was delicious. perfect spot for a nice get away.

the wait for dessert was way too long, and i think the portion sizes could be bigger. also, the price for desserts seemed a bit high.

Just a perfect match for a flash visit in Corbridge with decent value for money. The chef let me order dinner even though the kitchen was about to close. Be ready for some noise from the kitchen area in the morning.

we had a great stay at the duke. it's perfectly located near vallum farm, making it super convenient for the wedding we attended. the staff were incredibly friendly and helped us feel at home. We loved the breakfast options. there was something for everyone. plus, the evening menu offered great value and variety. i really enjoyed the warm atmosphere in the bar and the quality of the food.
